Only manufacturers are listed. Never a trading company.

The most common complaint about the large B2B marketplaces is that a buyer cannot tell a factory from a middleman. A trading company lists itself as a manufacturer, and the "factory price" already has a layer of margin inside it that nobody declared. Those platforms cannot fix it, because they earn membership fees from traders as well.

We can, because every seller listed on this site is a manufacturer rather than a reseller, and because the factories pay us — you never do. What you are quoted is the factory’s own price, not that price with something of ours added to it. So every price you see here is genuinely first-hand.

This is enforced in three places, not one. The business licence is read for its business scope (经营范围) — the declared scope of what the company may do — because a trading licence and a manufacturing licence look almost identical to anyone who skips that field. Then somebody from our Shenzhen office stands in the building. Then the supplier record carries a hard entity type, and publication is blocked on anything that is not a factory.

What the membership tier does and does not buy

Factories hold a one-year membership with us in one of three tiers. The tier decides where a factory appears, how often, and whether its registered company name is shown publicly or only to signed-in buyers. That is all it decides.

It does not buy the verification mark. "Verified by YCP" is the outcome of a visit and it is recorded in a table no placement logic can write to. A factory can buy its way up the page; it cannot buy a word of what we say about it. If that separation ever stops holding, the only thing on this site that the large marketplaces structurally cannot copy stops being true.

How you reach a factory here

There is no phone number, no email address and no WeChat ID on any factory row, at any tier, and there is none on a factory's own page either. What there is, since 2026, is a message button: you can open a conversation with any listed factory without asking us first.

That conversation runs on this site and we can read it. Contact details written into a message are hidden from both sides until a named member of our staff releases them, which is what stops a first message becoming a way around us.

Enquiring is still the faster route to a price. Every enquiry lands with YCP and a named member of staff decides which factory quotes it — often more than one, so you get a comparison rather than a single number. This is also what lets us put an unfamiliar factory in front of you safely: we carry the risk of the introduction, because we are the ones who stood in that building and put its name in front of you.
