Factory to your door

Services

Everything between the factory floor and your warehouse. No question is too small and no order is too large — individuals, startups and established importers alike.

Sourced from the book first

Most sourcing requests are answered from the book before anybody searches a marketplace. A plant we have audited, argued with and shipped from is worth more than a cheaper quotation from one we have never seen, and the difference shows up in the second order rather than the first.

Six services, one company

Talk to us
  • A machine shop with rows of CNC machines and workers moving between them.

    Product sourcing

Electronics, IT accessories, home appliances, apparel, medical devices — from the Pearl River Delta factory clusters.

  • A gloved hand closing a caliper on a metal rod clamped in a vice.

    Quality control

Pre-production, in-line and pre-shipment inspection, with photographs and a written report before the goods leave.

  • Plain kraft boxes on a pale ground with a blank tag tied to one of them.

    Private label & OEM

Your logo, your packaging, your manual. Custom moulds and drawing-based production where the volume justifies it.

  • The booms of quay cranes reaching out over stacked shipping containers.

    Warehouse & shipping

Consolidate several factories into one shipment. Sea, air or China–Europe rail, with battery paperwork handled.

  • Two sealed cartons and a smaller one beside a hand truck on a concrete floor.

    Buy for me

Not importing a container? Send a link or a sample. Shenzhen Sunning Tension Industrial Co., Ltd. purchases it in China on your behalf, checks it and ships it.

  • A hand holding a caliper across the width of a steel bar.

    Factory vetting

Licence checks, floor visits and re-verification on a schedule. We only list factories we would order from ourselves.

Finding a new factory, when the book does not have one

When a request needs a factory we do not have, we go and find one — and it goes through the same licence check and the same floor visit before it can quote you, not after.

Quality control on the floor, not in an inbox

Pre-production, during the run, and before shipment, with photographs and a written report each time. The pre-shipment inspection is the one that matters most: once the container is sealed and on the water, your remedies collapse into a claim.

On lithium products we check the things sampling does not catch — that the pack matches the specification rather than the label, and that the carton markings, watt-hour figure and dangerous-goods class are right before the goods reach a carrier that will refuse them.

Private label, packaging and tooling

Your logo, your retail box, your manual, your colour. For anything requiring a new mould, the company selling to you quotes the tooling as its own line and says what it amortises over, because a mould priced into the unit cost is a mould you pay for again on the reorder.

Where a design is your own, it stays your own. Drawings and tooling you have paid for are yours, and we will put that in writing before a factory sees a file.

Warehousing, consolidation and shipping

Receive from several factories, check against the packing list, hold until you are ready, then ship as one consignment. Consolidation is usually the single biggest saving on a mixed order — four suppliers in one container instead of four courier shipments.

Sea, air, or the Shenzhen–Europe rail where the timing suits. Battery paperwork, customs documentation and the declarations are prepared on our side.

How an order actually runs

  1. A laptop on a workbench showing a 3D CAD model, with a hand resting beside it.STEP 1

    Enquiry & sourcing

Tell us the product or pick it from the catalogue. We match it to factories we already work with.

  2. Hands working over an open ledger with a pen and a desk calculator.STEP 2

    Quotation & payment

A quote from the company that would make the goods — one, or several if you asked several. You pay that company direct.

  3. A vernier caliper closed on a machined metal part, in close black and white.STEP 3

    Production & QC

Inspection on the floor, pre-production, in-line and before shipment — ours, yours or a third party’s.

  4. A warehouse aisle of tall racking, with a worker moving stock along it.STEP 4

    Warehousing

Consolidate several factories into one shipment on our Shenzhen side. Store until you are ready.

  5. A shipping container hanging from a crane spreader between the legs of a quay gantry.STEP 5

    Shipping & delivery

Sea, air or the China–Europe rail. Customs paperwork and battery declarations, by the factory’s forwarder or ours.

Who sells to you, and who invoices you

On other platforms most of the "factories" are resellers, and their margin is in the price whether or not anybody tells you. Here the company that sells the goods is the company you contract with and pay: on most of the catalogue that is the member factory, which quotes you, invoices you and is paid by you direct; in consumer electronics it is Shenzhen Sunning Tension Industrial Co., Ltd., the company that runs this site, and its own listings carry the Official Factory badge. This platform is never a party to the sale.

  • Every plant behind this service is a manufacturer we have been inside
  • One counterparty, one contract, one invoice — the company that sells you the goods
  • One price, quoted in full before you order — no fee is added to it afterwards
  • Your details are never handed to a factory without your say-so
